Requirements
Gather, align and consolidate requirements for new tools, systems and processes.
Run requirement-gathering rounds for new tools, systems, integrations and processes. Participants share technical, user and non-functional requirements with text, links and images, and after every round the AI consolidates everything into an updated suggestion.
Invite participants to share their needs through forms, and add workshops to any round when some conversations are better had in a room. Workshop notes are captured directly in the tool and treated as a full source.
In each of up to three rounds, participants agree with the new suggestion, comment, and describe what they disagree on. Disagreements can be sent straight into the Alignment tool as separate negotiations, with all participants added — and their conclusions feed back into the round.
You end with one consolidated set of requirements, split into technical, user and non-functional requirements, with prioritisation, visual overviews and recommendations.
Requirements people actually agree on
Requirement lists written by one person reflect one perspective; important needs are discovered late, priorities are debated in meetings, and the final result is a document nobody fully stands behind. Requirements gathers requirements directly from the people who will use, build and depend on the result — and turns their input into one consolidated, prioritised set.
Start with the raw needs
Participants add their requirements in their own words — as text, links and images — sorted into Functional requirements – Technical requirements, Functional requirements – User requirements, and Non-functional requirements – Performance and similar. The starting point is what people actually need, not a pre-formatted template.
One process, up to three rounds
Run one, two or three review rounds. In each round, participants agree, disagree and comment on the consolidated proposal from the previous round. You see where support is strong, where it is split, and which requirements are still open.
Resolve disagreement properly
Disagreements are not lost in the process. Select the disagreements that matter and turn them into an Alignment initiative, so the underlying differences are worked through and concluded — and the conclusions feed directly back into the next round.
Bring the right people together
Schedule workshops for selected participants, with date, time and location. Owners and participants add workshop inputs, so the final requirements carry the weight of a real conversation — not just forms.
Three requirement categories
The consolidated requirements are organised into: Functional requirements – Technical requirements; Functional requirements – User requirements; Non-functional requirements – Performance and similar.
Prioritised and consolidated for you
After each round, AI consolidates the input into a proposal with priorities — Must, Should and Could — and estimated support for each requirement. The final result is one consolidated requirement set your organisation can act on, ready to save as a document.
Then investigate what matters to you
Ask follow-up questions about the requirements directly in the tool, for example:
Which requirements have the strongest support across all participants? Where is the disagreement concentrated — and what is behind it? Which requirements should be must-haves for the first release?
